Can you feel the geekness?
After separating the two HDDs, one started working again. So I went and backed up everything I needed from the laptop ... only to realize that my CD-drive still doesn't accept every CD-ROM I'm feeding it with. Which is kinda bad when it doesn't accept the system boot CD. Soooooo ... time to save money, so I can finally put that old piece of hardware crap out of machine and move on. 3 nights of working in the pub should cover it, as long as tips are good.

After managing to set my DSL-modem up for a router, I now have 4 computers in my room, all running online games: 3 for EVE-Online and, since tonight, one for World of Warcraft. Only 2 of those computers belong to me, though (a desktop PC and my laptop), the other 2 are belong to my local geek cronies FL and Quug. We've spent pretty much all night long with playing online, the other two having left only about 15 minutes ago. Yes, it's 0520 at my place now... X_x

So. Looking forward to another 36 hours of gaming, then I'm heading home until Saturday or Sunday and next week, I'll have Annie visiting me. Really looking forward to that ... and I do hope she'll bring along those shoes she mentionned on her blog. ;)
